„Castelul Bran”

„De la înălțimea stâncoasă pe care se află , castelul Bran privește de pește șase secole la freamătul vieții de jos din vale.
Șase secole împregnate în zidurile groase ale fortăreței mult încercate de vicisitudinile istoriei.
Tabloul nu își propune să redea imaginea suprarealistă a monumentului istoric,ci să reconstituie atmosfera din acele vremuri tulburi cu cavaleri neînfricați și bătălii crunte, ce au făcut zidurile să se cutremure de atâta cruzime.
Sub cerul răscolit de spiritele celor care și-au găsit sfârșitul aici , zidurile parcă se tânguie înfricosate.
E un loc bantuit unde prezența voievodului Vlad Țepeș mai dăinuie încă , în colțurile tenebroase ale odăilor.
Un castel impunător și plin de mister menit să țină pavăză dușmanilor care ar fi năvălit pe culoarul Rucar-Bran.”

„From its height,Bran Castle has been gazing for more than six centuries to the rumour of the life ,down in the valley. Six centuries impregnated in the thick walls of the fortress, much touched by the vicissitudes of history.
This painting does not aim to recreate the image in a surrealistic vision of the historical monument, but to reconstitute the atmosphere of those troubled times with fearless knights and courageous battles.
Under the sky raced by the spirits of those who have found their end here, the walls are tricky. It is a haunted place where the presence of voivode Vlad Tepes is still in the dark corners of the rooms.
An imposing and mysterious castle meant to be a guardian against the enemies who would have wandered over Rucar Bran pass."
